–My book is finished and being published, soon to be in my hands. It is titled “Listen to Your Heart: A Guide to Living Life On Purpose”. My book is small, an easy read, only $14.95 and hopefully  it will inspire and motivate it’s readers to live the life  of their dreams.

I recently had my first experience at Art of Healing Therapy of Danbury CT.  I was fortunate enough to work with Abigail Sweeney.  I have to say that this was the most relaxing and mind clearing hour that 2hrs that I  had the good fortune to enjoy.
